Small Group Training Classes – SGTC’s

We use real life instructors for all our classes! Spin, Pump, HIIT/Core, BoxFit, Circuit & MumFit classes are included with our 24 Hour access memberships. MumFIT and Circuit are also included in our Off-Peak memberships. Our awesome instructors will motivate, push and entertain you the way only an instructor can.

Pump

Gain strength and tone at the same time with an emphasis on form, function and full body movements. Using a variety of barbells, dumbells and body weight you will get a total body workout to lengthen and strengthen your body.

Circuit

The workout that will always keep you guessing. With a variety of equipment and activities to motivate you. Work to your own intensity meaning you can make it as easy or as hard as you like or be in any physical condition to participate. Run outside with the right weather and inside when its to cold/wet. Perfect for muscular endurance, toning and weight loss.

BoxFit

This class will work you like a boxer with a mixture of shadow boxing, focus pad technique, skipping and interval training.

HIIT/Core

Also know as High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata or Interval Training. This short intense workout provides improved athletic ability through muscular endurance and fat burning through excess post oxygen consumption. Basically you burn fat while excising then continue to burn fat for up to 24 hours after.

MumFIT

A fun filled physically challenging class to target all of the areas of your body you want to work on and more! Suitable for Mum’s (AND DAD’S!) and all levels of fitness & coordination.

Spin

Love cycling? Want to join our peloton? Looking for a fun, exciting, low-impact way to workout, burn fat and get a great cardiovascular workout? Or are you a seasoned and experienced group cyclist? ...then this is the class for you! With high energy music and a motivating instructor you will be challenged to achieve your best. Best of all you can be in any physical condition and still participate, when it gets a bit rough and tough just dial it down a notch or two.
