Make the most of your lunch break!

Its not always easy to get to the gym. In the morning your getting yourself or your kids ready, or you have to start work at 6am. After work you have a billion things that have popped up that you need to get done. After dinner you just want to do nothing. Our answer is to workout during your lunch break. Not only will you be giving your body the attention it needs, but you will get back to work feeling energized. Its also really easy to form a habit as it’s a time you will always have available.

Whether it’s a quick 15-25min session or a 50min workout its going to leave you feeling better. If you have time we have six showers, so no need to have the deodorant bath before heading back to work
